Delivery & Pickup

We deliver across Ghana. You can pay on delivery or pay by Mobile Money. After you order, our team calls or WhatsApps you to confirm the order, delivery fee and delivery time.

Accra, Tema, Kasoa and Kumasi

• Door-to-door delivery by our riders.
• The delivery fee depends on your exact location and is confirmed when we call you to confirm your order.
• Most orders are delivered the same day or the next working day.

Other regions

• We take your package to the bus/transport station in Accra or Kumasi free of charge.
• You pay the station transport fee to your town when you collect it.
• Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days depending on the route.
• Tamale and the North: we work with an agent in Tamale. Ask us on WhatsApp for agent pickup.

Pickup – no delivery fee
